Sound Baths in Montreal
Women’s Sound Bath Evenings in Ville Saint-Laurent / Bois-Franc
A gentle evening practice with crystal singing bowls, natural instruments, and deep rest in Nathaly’s home studio.
These intimate women-only sound bath evenings are offered at Nathaly’s yoga studio in Ville Saint-Laurent / Bois-Franc, Montreal. Each gathering is created as a gentle pause from daily life — a space to slow down, lie comfortably on a mat, and receive the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and natural instruments.
Participants are invited to rest under a blanket, listen inward, and allow the sounds to support relaxation, grounding, and a sense of quiet presence. No yoga or meditation experience is needed.
Each evening may be guided by a different theme, such as grounding, letting go, self-compassion, inner peace, or simply returning to the breath.

Private Holistic Sound Sessions
A personalized sound wellness session with bowls, tuning forks, grounding, and quiet integration.
For those seeking a more personal experience, Nathaly offers private holistic sound sessions adapted to your needs, intention, and comfort level.
Each session may include a moment of sharing, gentle grounding, meditation, sound bath elements, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, and a quiet time for integration.
These sessions are designed as a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive sound in a more personalized way.

Personalized Sound & Vibrational Care
Inner Sanctuary is a private 4- or 8-week sound-based journey for women who want a deeper and more consistent space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Over several weekly sessions, Nathaly offers gentle support through sharing, meditation, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, and quiet integration. Each session is adapted to what you are moving through and what kind of support you are seeking.
Unlike a group sound bath, this private format allows the experience to be more personalized. Crystal bowls are used around the body, while Tibetan bowls may also be placed directly on the body, when appropriate and with your consent. Therapeutic tuning forks may be added at specific frequencies to support relaxation, grounding, emotional steadiness, or a deeper sense of ease.
Because this work is more personal and body-based, it is offered as a 4- or 8-week journey rather than a single session. The repetition allows space for the body and mind to settle gradually, and for each session to build on what emerges over time.

What participants are saying
I was fortunate to attend a sound bath with Nathaly, who is a truly wonderful, talented person. From the moment I walked in, I felt grateful to be in her warm, friendly presence, and her beautiful, calming environment. The sound bath was wonderful- there was a mix of stretching, mantras, native chanting, and variety of sounds. The whole experience deeply resonated with me as I felt so calm, relaxed and grounded. You can tell Nathaly pours her heart and passion into this. It was also nice to meet the other ladies who attended and have a nice discussion with them afterwards. In a busy world, it’s nice to pause and have a deep, meaningful connection with other ladies. I am definitely looking forward to attending more and trying the yoga as well! Thank you, Nathaly!
