Sound Bath Evenings for Women at Our Yoga Studio in Montreal
Our sound bath evenings in Montreal offer a sacred space for women to experience deep relaxation through singing bowls and gentle sound vibrations.
In a soft and nurturing atmosphere, you are invited to lie down comfortably on a mat, wrapped in a blanket, with your head supported by a pillow, and simply receive.

The sounds of the singing bowls, sometimes accompanied by other gentle instruments, guide the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. It becomes a form of meditation through vibration, where the nervous system settles, the mind quiets, and an inner space of calm and presence opens.
Each evening is unique and guided by a different theme: grounding, letting go, self-compassion, healing, inner peace, or simply returning to the breath and to silence.
There is nothing to achieve, nothing to perform—only to allow yourself to be carried by the experience.

These gatherings are created as sacred pauses in the rhythm of life, moments to rest, restore, and remember that gentleness is a powerful form of healing.
A monthly (and sometimes more frequent) invitation to cultivate calm, presence, and self-love, together.

These sessions are hosted at the yoga studio located in Ville Saint-Laurent (Bois-Franc), Montréal.
To reserve your spot for the next evening, please send me a text message (the number can be found in the footer of the website).

Each sound bath is an invitation to slow down and return to what is essential. Through the vibrations of singing bowls and natural instruments, the experience creates a space for presence, breath, and inner listening.
These sessions are offered as conscious pauses that support the release of tension, grounding, and a quality of deep rest — whether in intimate, collective, or professional settings.

FAQ-Sound Bath Evenings in Montreal

Do you offer sound bath sessions for workplaces or corporate events?
Yes. I offer mobile sound bath and singing bowl sessions that can be brought to workplaces, retreats, and professional events. Sessions are adapted to your space, time, and group size. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax. Layers are recommended, as your body temperature may change while resting.
What should I bring?
In my studio, just yourself, an open heart and your pillow. Mats, and blankets are usually provided, but you are welcome to bring your own shawl, or eye mask if that makes you feel more comfortable.
What should I expect during the session?
You will be invited to lie down comfortably while the sounds of singing bowls guide you into a deep state of relaxation. The experience is gentle, meditative, and deeply calming for the nervous system. Each session is unique and may feel different every time.
Do I need previous experience with meditation or yoga?
Not at all. These sessions are accessible to everyone. You don’t need to “do” anything—just receive, rest, and allow the sounds to support you.
Can I fall asleep during the session?
Yes, and it’s perfectly fine. Many people drift into a light sleep. Your body still receives the benefits of the sound vibrations.
How often are these sessions offered at your studio?
Sound healing evenings are offered regularly, usually on a monthly basis. Dates are shared through social media and by message.
How do I reserve my spot?
Simply send a text message or email to reserve your place for the next session. Contact information can be found in the website footer.
Is this suitable if I feel stressed or emotionally overwhelmed?
Yes. Sound healing is especially supportive for calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and creating a sense of inner safety and grounding.
