Simply Yoga with Nathaly offers gentle yoga classes, guided meditations, sound bath evenings and nervous system regulation practices for women in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal. A sacred and supportive space to slow down, reconnect and cultivate calm.
At the heart of all our offerings is self-compassion: the practice of meeting yourself with kindness, softness, and respect, exactly as you are.

Simply yoga to simply meet with yourself

The most intimate relationship we have with ourselves is through our inner dialogue.
In our everyday life, we talk to ourselves in a way that is not always uplifting.
Through our busyness, we forget the words of gratitude and love.
Through the practice of yoga and meditation, I hope that each of us cultivates self-compassion and wholeness.
One day at a time.

Nathaly Chow Lan is a certified yoga teacher who has been practicing meditation for 20 years. She believes that yoga is not only a practice of holding poses but is mostly a way of connecting to her true self, through self-compassion. She wants to make yoga accessible to busy women, especially 45+, by providing in-person and free yoga classes on her YouTube channel.
