You can pause, choose a gentler variation, or rest whenever you need to. Nathaly adjusts her guidance to your needs and energy that day.

Who are these classes for?

These classes welcome women looking for gentle yoga and personalized guidance, whether they are beginners or have practiced before. You do not need to be flexible or keep up with everyone else. Different options allow you to explore the practice at your own pace.

I have a health condition or limited mobility. How do I get started?

Contact Nathaly before your first class to discuss your needs and any movement restrictions recommended by your healthcare professional. Together, you can explore whether a group class or a private session is a suitable starting point. These classes support well-being and do not replace medical care or rehabilitation.

Are classes available in person and online?

Yes. Classes may be offered in person in Ville Saint-Laurent / Bois-Franc or online, depending on the format and availability.

Are classes private or in groups?

Both options are available. Sessions may be offered privately or in small groups, depending on your needs and Nathaly’s availability.

How often are classes offered?

Group classes are offered on a weekly basis. The exact schedule is shared by message. Private sessions may also be booked during the week or on weekends, depending on availability.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats and accessories are provided for in-person classes, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
